About the Founder
Hi Mom and Dad!​

I'm Nancy, 24 y/o, born and raised in Playa Del Carmen.
​
I founded Playa Babysitter because I love kids, of all ages. I have a 4 y/o myself and have 5+ year's of experience taking care of children, from newborns to 10 year olds.
​
I speak mostly Spanish but working on my English as well.
On our team we also have English speaking nannies to make sure your child feels comfortable.

Philosophy
I believe that a happy child is an active child and communication is key for positive development. In this digital age I see many kids spending too much time on their screens and too little time running, dancing, climbing and imagining.
When I'm with a child, I encourage imaginative play, running after dinosaurs or dressing up as pirates looking for treasure. We sing, we dance, we paint and run around.

These are the values I pass on to my team and we try to be as adaptive as possible to the child and parents' needs.
