All of our nannies speak Spanish. Some of them also speak English. If you have a requirement for another language, reach out to us. We may be able to accommodate!

Our rates vary according to the duration of the arrangement, hours per day, location and other factors. For different arrangements and longer term commitments, we can likely offer a better rate than on on hourly basis. Contact us to discuss your personal requirements! * Transportation may be charged extra, depending on your location.

Of course! Your child feels most comfortable at "home", even if it's a temporary home, with their toys and the rest of their stuff. Our nannies can come anywhere from Tulum to Cancun and take care of the kids wherever works for you.

Depends. For shifts that are longer than 5 hours, we do ask that you provide one meal to the nanny, or cover her meal cost. She's happy to eat with the kids if that works for you!

You will of course have her phone number, and the nanny will be happy to provide updates whenever you want them, as well as photos, over Whatsapp, to make sure you're relaxed and worry-free.
